We liked that you dont need to go outside to get to restaurants and casino if it is cold. Didnt like that they no longer have a hot tub.

Enjoyed the convenience to the convention center, the quietness, and the security of the elevator. Although one elevator had the security scanner disabled which is a touch concerning.

Great Hotel!
Room was very spacious, bathroom nice and clean. Little mini fridge works great for keep beverages cold. Bed was nice and comfortable

We were not informed on arrival that housekeeping would not be bringing fresh towels every day, That would have been good to know on check in. Also late morning (10am) shower was cool, not able to get the water warm.

The staff was great. The rooms were fine. The lobby was closed due to construction so had to enter through the casino which was really inconvenient. Parking was not good at all. Breakfast was $14! We had a large party, 4 rooms so we opted out of that.

Disappointing
Property was under construction so it was loud. The room had stained carpet and general ugliness. The restaurant was very slow with meh food. The staff was very friendly.

When checked in the room was for handicapped room, which i didn't make reservation for. The bathroom was dirty, sink did not drain, and tub was dirty.

The check-in was easy and fast. Everything went downhill after that. The room was disgusting. Carpet was stained. The tv didnt work , the room was dusty. Then when ibwent to go use the whirpool tub the humidity from it must've set the smoke detector off. I had staff at the door accusing me of smoking

The room was clean and the shower was good. The $12 charge for microwaved eggs with a couple of sausages seemed a little over priced as in most hotels that I go to during traveling include a free breakfast. I think if I was going to Council Bluffs again I would stay somewhere else.

Place is in the middle of an RV Park/ Casino complex. Felt kinda icky. Staff was friendly & accommodations were fine… its just not what I expected.

Unfavorable review
Hotel was pretty dirty. All of the carpets , rather in the halls, elevator or in the room was dirty and needed a major cleaning. We were there 4 days and the tile from the lobby to elevators REALLY needed to be mopped. Same spots on the floors all 4 days. Front desk staff acted uninterested in people coming and going. We wo t stay there again.

Won’t stay again.
Staff barely talked and could barely hear him when checking in, went to put food in fridge and there was a very old cheeseburger in there, comforters were dirty spiders in the bathroom, view was a roof with a ladder and a bunch of garbage. Beds were hard as a rock pillows looked comfy until you laid your head on them and they went flat. Will not stay here again or recommend it. For the price I expected better.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was fine. They do have a continental breakfast and it is an additional $8.95. The hotel is in great condition and at a good price!
