"During our stay, we experienced several inconveniences that I believe should be brought to your attention. We were a family of four, yet the bathroom only had three medium-sized towels available. Additionally, the television remote control either did not have batteries or was not functioning properly. The air conditioning unit had an outdated thermostat with buttons that made it difficult to comfortably adjust the temperature, the coffee maker was dirty. At the time of check-out, I attempted to inform the front desk about these issues. Unfortunately, the staff member showed little interest in addressing the concerns and simply responded, “Sorry, you are all set,” without offering any assistance or further acknowledgment. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. "

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"We went late and left early. The price was perfect. But them pillows, if your not careful, they will make you sleep so good, you'd forget it's a hotel. You could miss check out hour and not even flinch. It was a great stay. Highly recommend it. "
