"I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good. The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends. "

"I think that the location is perfect because it's centrally located so you can travel to everywhere and it's very close very close to the beaches as well They have a very good restaurant and I wanted to outline the people in the front desk especially Rosina Fernandez was extremely c Professional and very attentive .Hotel is attached to the Mall .Great for shopping, Great restaurants . "Location, location, location! Great location and so close to the beach (just a short block away). The area is also very safe and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The shower enclosure was a bit small. Large folks may need a room upgrade. Very good public transportation close by and taxis are always nearby."

"Nice hotel in an excellent location. Close to Punta Carreta Shopping mall and to excellent restaurants. Across the street from the water and Montevideo's famous Rambla. Don't disagree with those who say they could use some updating, but i found it a clean with great service. Would stay here again. "
