"​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. "The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty...

"This property is fine if you must stay in the Shibuya area. Most hotels in this area are weak value-wise, you pay a lot and don’t get much. Although this is a newer building, its furnishings are questionably thought out. The room lighting is weak and sparse, not useful for group activities or even reading.
