This property is beautiful and it's right down the street from the subway system to get you everywhere in the city! Definitely a golden ticket location 🔥🏆
Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers.
The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again.
Despite a tiny room, everything else, services, location, discounts with brands nearby, restaurants and konbinis at the site, very nice breakfast, airport limo pickup at the hotel, everything Awesome!
Checkin and checkout was very smooth. Well located with konbinis and restaurants attached. First room I got smelled like smoke but the staff changed the room for me immediately
Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area.
Within easy reach of transport.
Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us.
We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods.
Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean, and large enough for three single beds, but felt a little dated. Bathroom was a self contained unit with lower ceiling height. Shower couldn't be used on full power due to the handset rotating to either the wall or shower curtain, and it was too low to stand with head under the spray, but otherwise it was all good, and a reasonable price for Tokyo. Easy access to Shinjuku station (although a bit of a walk).
