"Das Zimmer war geräumig groß und der ständige Blick durch die bodentiefen Fenster (inklusive Schiebetüren) auf den Golfplatz entspannte zusätzlich. Mit etwas Bedauern wurde zur Kenntnis genommen dass dieses fünf Sterne Hotel keinen fitnessraum hat und auch keinen Swimmingpool außen hat Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere die Rezeptionsdame Sky, die sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich sich für das Kundenwohl einsetzte"

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "The check in was an extra day we chose to stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and adequate for a short or longer stay. There are drinks and small snacks replenished daily which is very nice. Breakfast was nice too. Not the best for vegetarians but we were suitably impressed. A great value for money hotel. A walk of 40 minutes to the night bazar but grab taxis as little as £2 "
