"the location of the hotel is great - just between Biloxi and Ocean springs. there is a great view of the bay. The room was clean and spacious. the hotel and casino are smoking free wich is great. the staff was very friendly, I had some issues (not related to the hotel) and the front desk manager went out of her way to help me. "

"There were shops close by, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them. The room was very dusty. The tub was rusting. There were stains on the sleeper sofa. We would never book at this location again. "

"The beds were horrible. The platform that the mattresses were on was of some type of metal and every time you turned, it would make a noise like you had kicked it. The staff were not very friendly at all. It was almost as if, we were a bother to them. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. We had my 9 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons with us. I would not stay here again. "

"Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list."

"please please please do not stay here at all. this place smells very bad. i couldn’t even sleep and had to get another property. it should be removed from expedia. it is not safe for you or your family. do yourself a favor and find another property. "

"Location to US 10 is good. The type of room reserved - double beds with a sitting area - is not even available at this hotel - that's an Expedia issue!"

"Property was close to all good shops and things to do, very pet friendly 🐾🐾 my room was clean and the lobby was very inviting for coffee and breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. "
