"We reserved the superior suite. Once I stepped into the room, the entrance and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The rest of the suite was okay. We told the reception and thought it'll get taken care of. We returned hours later, and the cigarette smell was still there. We went to the reception again, and were told they already sent the cleaning staff to check. Well, it seemed to me nothing was done. I'm not even sure how this can happen. "The hotel is nice, clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The only problem is the location is not too convenient if you don't have a car. You can take the bus, taxi or Uber. The grocery store is a walking distance. For the price which we paid, it was worthwhile to stay in this hotel."
