"Our first room had an air conditioner unit that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very helpful in getting us a better room."

"Beautiful property with many walking paths. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. I think that buffet breakfast should be included in the price of booking hotel. They give a 20% discount voucher for food if you eat at their restaurant during your stay."

"The stay was excellent. the premise and rooms were very clean. really enjoyed the large lounge area also. . the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was also very friendly. The meals were great includung the free breakfast. The only recommendation I would suggest is to have a complimentary coffee/tea available in the evenings."

"This isn't like staying at any regular hotel. Didn't see staff at all, in our 5 day stay it was like we had the entire place to ourselves. This was our 2nd time there and we were very pleased with the room and the quiet atmosphere. Very quaint inn and worth a few inconveniences (stairs, no room or maid service) for the unique experience. The rooms are elegant and very cozy. "I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metro. The lobby had some cute touches like a little candy bar, coffee, and things you might forget like ear plugs and tooth brushes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. While parking isn’t cheap, that seems to be the case for any hotel around this area, and there is a discount.
