"I stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance, they did accommodate us with permission to use the pool from the hotel next door. There can be tad bit better in cleaning we did notice a few pee stains on the wall behind the toilet and a good amount of crumbs on the floor but other than that the staff was friendly and the stay went smooth"

"The outdoor pool was nice, although placed in a heavily shaded area so a bit cold. The continental breakfast was good enough, not a huge selection but the staff was attentive to keep it well stocked even on a busy Sunday morning. The suite we stayed in had a nice tv that faced the kitchenette area and neither of the two beds. Overall the biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the room. We spilled some water from our cooler and when we wiped it up, the paper towel was black. The tub had some exposed just which when I first saw the dark brown, gave me quite the scare. The most frustrating issue we had came with the key cards. They barely worked on our door, and the door to the parking lot never worked with the key, which made loading up our car for a family of 5 involve walking all the way around to the front lobby each trip. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We booked this hotel while attending a concert at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, which was about a 25-minute drive away. There didn’t seem to be much immediately surrounding the hotel—we saw a Dollar General, gas station, and Dunkin’ a few miles away, although we didn’t spend much time exploring the area beyond driving into Syracuse for the concert. The hotel was easy to access, and we appreciated that we could get to it without having to walk or drive through the entire casino. Overall, it was a clean and convenient place to stay for our trip."
