"We stayed with Morgan+Annette for 3 days. Their garden area is beautifully maintained and landscaped, the rooms are clean and what a great place the sit for your breakfast, or afternoon wine at the water's edge. Port Vila centre is not far away stand by the side of the road wait for the bus 150Vatu to get into town. Thank you for your hospitality guys"

"Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

"Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"A quick overnight stay in town for our early flight out next day. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The queen bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels have stains on them. The curtains just about to fall apart. Some furniture has dusts on them. The only nice place is probably the small swimming pool. The traffic is quite noisy to late at night being on the main road. We wouldn’t again."

"Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back."

"The staff are beautiful and helpful. The property is dated and needs upgrading, the bed in our room was rock hard. The pool area is wonderful and provides tennis, kayaks, cabana’s, massive pool and many more activities. Certainly a good place if you have children."

The staff were really helpful, I loved having a choice of yummy breakfasts instead of a buffet as it made us try everything on the menu. Three Pigs too was great for dinner and the free communal washing machine a bonus. Buses in to town easy to catch and are more like a door to door share van. Nasama isnt modern but the rooms are clean and staff friendly. The beach was sometimes rough to swim...

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...
