"We had a really lovely stay and would happily recommend this place to other travellers. ❤️ The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. If you’re planning a trip, this is definitely a place worth considering! ✨"

"The beds were very old and the springs were gone and it was hard. The bathroom floor was rotting and the shower was spraying through the curtain."

"Room was separated from shower room and toilet room (assigned to the bedroom, so no sharing required) and you had to access shower and toilet from the common hallway. All rooms were clean as was the common kitchen and sitting room area. The owners were quite nice as were the other guests. Parking was free. We liked the place as it was very quiet during the night. A place to recommend and revisit if back in the area."

"Did not provide full service in terms of making and changing bedding or vacuuming the rooms whilst we were there. We could smell the pillows and cushions still smelled of hair lampshade was dusty Room smelled dusty which made it a bit difficult to breath. We opened the patio door, which was good. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great"

"Very helpful, friendly and great staff. They put a lot on for the kids and families which was great. Whole campsite was family friendly. Beds were super comfy. Only thing was our cabin was quite run down, needed some tlc and a very big deep clean."

"A wonderful stay. We had a 2 bed apartment, with views along the drive to the bay. Everything was extremely clean, a well equipped kitchen, and very good aircon in the lounge. We also had a garage allocated. Location is excellent, with the bay across the road from the hotel, a two minute stroll to the Pacific, and several cafes just around the corner. About 10 minutes walk to the main shopping/dining area with plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. The only minor disappointment was the...

"Lovely warm Welcome by the Owner Glynis. My Unit was spacious, bright cosy and spotlessly clean with everything I could possibly need being available. The Bed was Large and very comfortable. Excellent quality & generous amount/ sized Amenities. This Motel is Excellent value for money! I highly recommended it if your looking for a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay in Te Aroha. 😊"
