"We were very disappointed in this facility after having seen generally positive reviews prior to booking. The building is old and very tired, poorly maintained. Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom, a sink in the sleeping area that wasn't operational, a stained toilet and just generally looked tired. We passed the front desk four times during our stay and there was never anyone there. At check-in (with no one stationed at the desk), there was a sign on the counter with a number to call....

"All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant. "No microwave or tea/coffee maker in the room. Had to walk outside to the next building to get that done. Rooms and grounds were very clean. no hot tub, pool was wonderful."
