This place was just finishing remodeling. The staff were wonderful. The only issue we had is that they only put one of each coffee in the room. We both wanted caffeinated coffee. The coffee machine didn’t poke the hole in the canister unless you pushed really hard. Needless to say the coffee turned out watery.

Very good staff, especially the G.M. Rooms should have a simple information sheet (e.g., where's the ice machine? what are the restaurant's hours? what's the password for WiFi?) The tub/shower NEEDS safety grab bars.

This is a good hotel, reasonably priced and convenient for my travels. I’ve stayed here twice now and will in the future when driving through. The front desk staff is excellent.

Very clean and the staff were very nice. Initiated being helpful without me asking. I’m from Northeast and have stayed at holiday inns in NY and they are dirty and the staff are rude. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

The front desk agent was very friendly, and always has the best energy. I can’t remember her name, but I will next time! It’s always great value for a great price. It’s the only place I’ll stay when I travel here for work.
