"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. The hotel staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled when interacting with guests. In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. I hope management will address these issues and improve staff...

"Unfortunately, this hotel room was not worth the price paid. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There were visible stains on the sheets, which was both disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and overall room maintenance. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness of the rooms."
