"A brand new building - opened in the Fall of 2025. Very central with easy access to a streetcar station across the street. Spadina subway station is one block away. The amenities are basic, but it is a student residence after all, so come with the appropriate expectations. A very beautiful building. As a guest, you have access to the laundry room and some common spaces. I would stay here again. Similar hotels in the same area would be much more. I stayed in May of 2026."

"The shower was not working in morning. Room was decently cleaned not upto mark, booked 2 bed room got updated to 1 bed was ok with that but roof top of room has marks of linkings, shower did not worked has to use another rooms shower thank god staff helped with that after 30-45 mins wait. Will not recommend anyone to stay there."
