"I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish."

" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Beautiful property and great breakfast, lady at the front desk was nice.
Not a place for foreigners.
Walked by my room after a walk to see and hear how the staff called another staff member into my room to check out a event I had attended, room didn't get vacuumed only got towels and the bed made, don't know why the cleaner had to call in a guy to my room I don't think they knew I was the one in that room. Not professional at all.
Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner before leaving only...
