"Great location. Clean room.
Mattress & bedding was completely worn out & needed replacing.
Housekeeping didn’t service our room despite the sign being on the door to do so. Room service trays from other rooms left in the corridors for some time."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, it’s so close to everything. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the central station in Amsterdam. We were able to walk to the hotel with our luggage without any problems (70 years old with lots of luggage traveling in Europe for 3 weeks)
Clean rooms, lots of places to admire the city near by, tons of shops and restaurants and easy to take a tram to visit would famous museums"
