"The hotel was really nice, however we had people in their early twenties in the room next to us. They played their music really loudly all ours of the night. Stopped at 11 and then they came back at 3am and started playing their music loudly again until about 6am. They hopped on to our deck to take the chairs. We called guest services and they did nothing about it. We were only there for one night before our cruise. If we stayed any longer, we would have asked for a different room."

"Our plane kept having delays and we weren’t able to make it here in time and they wouldn’t give us back our money. We ended up sleeping at the airport instead of a paid hotel room. I was so disappointed I thought because of our situation hey would understand but not"
