"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is, I didn't know what to expect. It is in an unassuming location, it's very clean. The breakfast was great! The only negative thing about this place is that the process for room cleaning is a little unclear, apparently you have to scan a code to request for your room to be cleaned. The staff was friendly."

"Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property."
