Staff are not helpful at all except malane(not sure about spelling) and a young gentleman. They also chrged security deposite , but refunded by cash. Euro when checked out to return to the us
Checking out process has been takingblong and appeared nobody knows what to do. Day 1, when i checked in, they didnt inform me that theybwould have a fire drill. I was left alone in my room and panicked. My safe was not working then changed. Next day, I found out coffee machine was not working, then changed. Area is not safe at all, a lot of addicts and homeless in the area.
I dont recomend thus hotel at all.
