"Dirty room and smells bad"

"Breakfast was okay. The water from the faucet was almost undrinkable. Noticed the same taste in the coffee at the breakfast bar. "

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors."

"Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint."

"The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. "

"This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. "I was in room 107 and the only issue was the toilet continued to run throughout the night. I mentioned it to the front desk at check out. Great property and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The hotel is a little dated but more than worth the price. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend and will stay happily stay again."
