"The room was small and the bunk bed was really high and not very stable. There was very little room to move around. However, it was clean and the restaurant was excellent and the staff was excellent. "

"For the price, this hotel was great! Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent, and the room was clean. One item I didn't care for, was our check in. It was 8pm on a Friday. There was no staff at the front counter. Instead a sign with a QR code asking us to complete a pre-check in. This was completed then another sign said to pick up the lobby phone as the front desk clerk had temporarily stepped away. We called, no answer. We called again and the staff came over and proceed to give us the cards...

"Walked into the room, and felt I was home. Nice aesthetic appeal, the couches, the desk... The shower curtain had the bowed out extensions for a spacious shower. Big fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast. Outdoor pool. Nice patio tables outside to relax in (not at pool). They really worked hard to make this place a home away from home. Thank you!"

"When I got there there was garbage in the room, a used towel on the floor, and the sink and lower mirror were dirty. The manager told me they'd just installed one of the cabinets... but not excuse for dirty sink and towel. Outside the room, was a bucket and mop (these were clean, but could've been moved to side. Right across from my room/above stairs were about a dozen old cigarettes and further bits of garbage. It should be noted they were doing construction in various parts of the hotel,...

"Holiday Inn Express really stepped up it breakfasts. They have the most choices and best quality. This location is an easy on/off from the highway without the highway noise. Everything is clean and fresh. The only complaint we had was that the bed was noisy, soft, and sagged in the middle but the front desk staff indicated new mattresses are coming next week."
