"This is an excellent hotel for its price in Barbados. This is primarily because it is not on the beach. It’s also the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel there and I’ve stayed at several. I’m vegan and my partner is not and we were both very pleased. The dinner was not so tasty I must say. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms have lovely balconies but the mattress was really saggy and the ACs are old and too loud. The pool was great, gym was great and the gully walk just beautiful and...

"The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!!
Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible. One night we did not eat anything offered on the menu and waitress had a major attitude problem because we asked if we could see the kids menu or eat something else.
