"Overall, happy with the hotel. I had room 221 just above the hotel entrance which, unfortunately, has a floodlight a few feet away outside and shining directly into the window at night. I typically don't use the blackout curtains because I use daylight to get my brain on local time when traveling. Even blackout curtains didn't completely block out the floodlight. Other than that minor issue, I recommend the hotel in general. Very convenient airport location, clean room, friendly staff."

"There was ongoing painting of the doors being done when I arrived to check in. So if I was hoping to rest or do something in my room at 3 that would have been a problem. Notices were posted that this was happening until 5, but I think it should have been stopped at 3 pm so no check ins were impacted. The breakfast buffet was pretty disappointing. I didn't feel the quality of the foods was what I was used to, the gravy for the biscuits was very bland, the biscuits I didn't feel were that great either. The best thing I had there was per-packaged cereals and Orange Juice. The bed slept great and the room stayed cool enough though I do wish the A/C unit just stayed on non-stop instead of turning on and off to maintain temperature. The room was clean and I felt secure staying there."

"There was a man at the reception. When I asked him where he was from he said he was from very far from home. He was so gentle , extremely patient, gave us great restaurant suggestions. He made us feel like we were also at home or with family. The room was great! It was clean. He really stood out in his exceptional service. I just wish I could remember his name."
