"Room was not cleaned ( we stayed 3 nights and checked in early ) even after we requested it and left to dinner . It still was not done hours later . We had no clean towels , trash was full , did not service the room as requested . Room keys stopped working mid stay . Servers at rooftop bar were friendly and welcoming . No perk provided for being All Accor members -Loud : we heard all the hallway noise through the door - Charging ports did not work"
