"Staff seemed under pressure when we arrived. Advised that keys might not work as it was raining/wet weather, and sure enough, they didn't work. Door handle was very loose and we were concerned it would be easy to break into room. The internal door from the balcony to the inside of hotel was locked, even though sign on door stated later times. Breakfast was ok."

"Fridge loud. AC not cool. Was approved for late checkout (1pm) and paid the $25 fee but was told no checkout is noon by front desk. Did not care and would not look at the approved time. Had no cancellation policy or I would have gone somewhere else. "

"Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Simple, yet efficient room. Great shower; hot water seems instant! Good breakfast."
