"When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs. "Great location and nice room. you have to walk about 10 minutes from where the Uber lets you off and it is somewhat difficult to find. "Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything.
