"The pros - the room was spacious and clean; there was a large refridgerator, a microwave and a mini stove; the parking area was well lit; and the bed was comfortable. The morning clerk was friendly and professional on day two. The cons - The evening clerk was incredibly rude. I even asked him why he was speaking so rudely to me. He raised his voice because I asked him why he wanted $10 in cash. He kept repeating the single word "deposit"; however, I paid in advance. If it were for incidentals,...

"The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. "

"The room we initially checked into had a broke door that could be opened by simply pushing the door. But Sky , the woman working the front desk immediately switched our rooms and all was fine! Great customer service by the way!"
