Our room was on the second story and when we went in it reeked like cigarettes. We went back to the lobby and they changed our room with no problem. Front desk, unpleasant. Rooms were horrible, dirty sheets, broken appliances, safer lock in door broken flies and one room roaches. Requested bed sheets and was told the did not have access until 7 a.m.
