Une belle étape au calme, près de Clermont-Ferrand

Après la surprise d'être hébergés non pas à l'auberge du Cantou mais dans un petit hôtel voisin du même propriétaire, nous avons apprécié cette étape : l'hôtel est vieux mais les chambres sont refaites à neuf. La nôtre était au 2ème étage, accessible par escalier raide en bois, spacieuse, très propre, les sanitaires impeccables et la vue surprenante sur la basilique voisine. Très bon diner typique auvergnat (truffade et Aligot) à l'auberge Cantou... et le lendemain matin, autre belle découverte : Laeticia, la chaleureuse hôtesse communiquant gentiment ses secrets culinaires locaux...

Etape à Orcival

Etape dans le petit village auvergnat et séjour dans cet hôtel modeste mais agréable, propre et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre pourvue d'un balcon donnant sur la place du village face à la magnifique basilique d'Orcival que nous venions visiter Quel calme et quelle beauté ! Personne de l'accueil sympathique et attentive à nos demandes.
