"On our first day as we were entering the room the fire alarm went off. It went off again roughly at 10 pm at night when I was already sleeping. I am a fully disabled veteran with ptsd and having to wake up to this again was extremely upsetting. I called Expedia and was told I should hear something from the manager the next day as they were off on our first day there. Unfortunately for me I was never called or checked up on. Guess it wasn’t that important for the manager to check up on a guest"
