"The property has been freshened recently which gives it a clean look and feeling. Add to that the freshly cleaned smell of the room and it feels very clean. There are little things that made us rate much of the hotel as a 4 instead of a 5. For instance, there was no drain plug in the sink. Is someone were to drop something like a ring it would go right down the train and require a maintenance person to retrieve it. So while the property has been freshened, some parts were not.
We had a larger room with a couch and chair but they were dated, had stains, and had not been replaced when the property was refreshed.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was primarily cold food and the only hot item was waffles.
Yet, our room was quiet and the linens were clean, and were comfortable. It was a good value for what we got."
