"Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The grounds are beautiful, and the view of the ocean from our room was just what we wanted! The room had some aspects that were dated, but it was comfortable and the cathedral ceilings and many windows made it feel open and welcoming."

"Love Newport, great hotel with pool. Hot tub and restaurant. We really like staying here"

"The room was basic and clean, but obviously aging. This motel could definitely benefit from some updating."

"Back door entrance which was on same floor as room. More convenient for getting bags to room. Liked quiet location."

"This is a great little spot with quick access to the beach. BUT, you've been warned. They have a pretty hefty pet fee. They charge $35 per pet PER DAY."

"I loved the gas fire place in the rooms and the balcony has the best view. My biggest con was how loud it was. I could hear other people flushing toilets and shutting doors very clearly early in the morning."

"Great owners, the room needed some updates, but it was clean. We had one issue and contacted the front desk (owner) and it was taken care of within minutes. Not only did he take care of the issue he thanked me multiple time for letting him know."

"It was great for a place to sleep!"

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Nice, relaxing atmosphere and each room is uniquely decorated, loved the environment and the staff was really nice. Highly recommend the add-ons. We were there for a little anniversary getaway. got the romance package, also had a blast renting a kayak to explore around the lake and ended the evening with a nice warm fire and s’mores. Making this a perfect little getaway."

"Great location and easy drive to Newport and Lincoln City. Good ocean view. Rooms are clean with good amenities such as a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Appreciated the elevator for taking suitcases in and out. Depoe Bay has good stores and restaurants."
