Fantastic restaurant. Right on the ocean with incredible view and patio with fireplace. Walk to the coolest section of Newport is — well it really isn’t a walk, the hotel is in this very cool area of town’s coastal historic area. "

"For the price this was perfect. Just an FYI though bring your own coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. It is just a room, bed with a microwave and mini fridge. The room and hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet too even though it’s right off 101. "

"It was a great place to stay we loved it only concern I had was I had a couple bugs crawling on the bed I’m not sure if they were bed bugs or not but other than that 10/10"
