"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. "Inside the room was good, except needed a desk. The exterior was still in terrible shape. Dead grass, trees and bushes. Stained sidewalks. Lots of disrepair. There is a terrible stink when you walk behind the main building over the bridge. And the whole park your car and walk around is somewhat annoying."

"It is close to dining options. The room cleanliness was good, but the adjacent areas were just average. There is no breakfast service; while there is a kitchenette, no cooking utensils are provided."
