"On hotels page it says food and drink, they have nothing! The address is totally wrong and way different! Whennohoned their number it was someone else’s number but she sent me the actual address and said she has had many phone calls! I ended up leaving shortly after getting there as no food and totally not what says they have on the hotels.com page!! Wasn’t even offered a refund for my second night so didn’t even stay there but paid for 2 nights"

The only concern I had was that the website listed kayaking and lazy river tubing as available activities, but when we arrived, we were informed that they do not currently offer them. "Hotel is just ok. Rooms dont have the amenities they offer. To have a fridge, they did a downgrade of the room. Restaurant not good. They confused the orders, 45 minutes wait for the wrong plate and very expensive. I cant recommend this place."
