"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early which altered our whole vacation in a positive way. Room was tiny but clean and we had a nice view of the city. We didn’t use the pool we could see it from our room and it looked lovely. Our flight wasn’t until 8pm the day of check out so the front desk held our bags after we checked out. Over all a very pleasant experience and exceeded our expectations. "

"Their room that they give us smells and extinct parking lot is too expensive. They never tell you that before you book in so be careful if you have a truck you’re paying $80 not a good experience to say I recommend."

"Not clean room. Stain spots on the wall and furniture. Bathroom sink was not draining properly and was not taken care even after reporting. Location is good and the shuttle service to airport is very helpful."

"Clean and decent rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. A little dated and basic but good price for location. Windows did not open and air circulation was suboptimal."

"The parking sucks, I tried to go on a walk outside and there was a homeless man trying to get in, the elevator felt like it was going to collapse every time you’d get in, the place feels old and definitely needs renovations, the map was a little confusing and I had to go to the front desk because my key wasn’t working, it felt like a motel more than a hotel, they also didn’t tell me in advance before booking that they will charge you 200 dollars when you check in just in case there are any damages and they reimburse it to you after you check out, the staff was great and helpful, I called the front desk at 12 am to request toothpaste and I got it in less than 5 minutes which is nice considering the walk is long. The issue is with the administration of the place, not the employees. They seriously need to fix that parking lot and renovate the buildings in general"

"Definitely somewhere you book for the price above all else, but we were happy enough with it! Decent breakfast, the only real negative was that one of the building’s two elevators went out during our stay but that’s nobody’s fault. Made it tricky to get up and down to the top floor. Nice view from the room as well."
