"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. the room was clean and well organized. the mattress was a bit older and had sunken spot on one side so it likely needs to be replaced, but other than that I will stay there business trip to STL."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. "Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"

Took awhile for hot water otherwise suite level amenities were good. Door had to be forced closed, but it shut.
