"Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere."

"I came back home for an unexpected funeral for my dear distinguished Aunt. Over 600 people paid respect and even NBC5 Chicago was there as they produced a story on her life a few years ago.
The host David was awesome and was able to accommodate my family needs during this trying time. He switched my room twice without hassle when there was an issue. Once because a guest before spilled coffee into the air-conditioning unit and a second time because the lights went out in the other.

"I work the over night shift and was resting. There was an argument about 9pm to the right of where the bed was positioned. I called the front desk to advised. They lady(I didn’t catch her name) seem to not care. She kept saying it was outside. I’m was trying to tell her no, it’s next door. I’m on the 4th floor and I doubt if I could hear it so clearly but she hung up. The. At check out same lady I remembered her voice was very rude and short at check out."
