"Lobby space was great. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room as stated in the description when the rooms were booked."

"Breakfast choices were limited and most hot items looked unappetizing (i.e. runny and undercooked eggs, sausages were firm like rubber, etc.). All of the windows in the pool area were broken and would not open to ventilate the space. The pool deck was very humid and warm, even without anyone in there. Additionally, the entrance would be much more efficient if a room key fob was installed, versus having to go all the way to the front desk and ask for the attendant to let someone inside."

"Jordan trainee was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He recommended the restaurant at the hotel and noted that the burger was excellent. My family and I went to the restaurant and got the burger and Jordan was absolutely correct. The 2 gentlemen that served us at the restaurant were equally phenomenal. Both at dinner and at the breakfast buffet. The next day the room was clean, and. Roomy. The cookies were obviously wonderful as well. I had a great experience! My only negative critique was...
