"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew ..."
