Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
We enjoyed our time and the location being next to Volcano Bay was a huge plus. The service was great and the room was clean and had great water pressure in the shower

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
the jetted tub didn’t work in our room and it took maintenance 3 days to come look at it and they decided to offer us to change rooms the day before we was leaving to go home from our vacation basically robbed me of the resort fees
