Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Front desk and the transportation were super friendly but the arcade and the ice cream shop were rude and pretty much made you feel like you were a burden

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. We went there every morning during our stay. The staff was also really nice.
