There were good things & bad things about the house. It’s large with lots of room & the decor is adorable. I think they had just had carpet replaced because there were carpet nails everywhere. They were sticking out of the carpet in many places. And, we found them loose on the carpet. Nothing was mentioned on the website about an extra charge for use of the grill. It was hard to get ahold of someone to address both situations.
There was one bath towel and hand towel per guest. No washcloths.
The pool and hot tub are not heated. So, there is no hot tub & the pool was freezing. I thought there would be some pool toys, but there was nothing. This was just more stuff we had to buy.
The weirdest thing is that we could see the ring front door camera of every house in the neighborhood on our tv. This included our house. This left us very uncomfortable. My husband said a couple of times during the night our tv flashed like it was taking a picture.
The neighborhood is predominantly rentals, and some of them kept music very loud day and night.
