The house itself is nice and has good potential, but there were a few issues during our stay. The walls and carpet were quite dirty and could really benefit from fresh paint and replacement. The patio window was also missing several blinds. We weren’t able to use the TV because the Roku wasn’t working, so we went the entire weekend without it. Additionally, only two large towels were provided for a family of five, which was not sufficient. With a few improvements this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Upon arrival the check-in was simple just type in the passcode and walk right in, I always love this in a vacation home. When you walk in the area was clean and tidy but there were a few worries, one of the rooms seemed to have water damage, a few stains on the carpets and bed sheets, nothing bad. For the showers they were clean and worry free water pressure was great. They only thing I can say is it was quite a loud neighborhood but that’s nothing the listing can help. All in all a great place and great deal for the dollar.

Everything went smooth checking in. The gate code worked the front door code worked no issues it was great! We had a small issue with the A/C the first morning and contacted the company. They answered right away. He listened to my concerns and issues then contacted there maintenance department. He called me back within minutes and had a simple and easy fix! AC was fine and problem averted. I know if we had any issues they would have taken care of it asap! We did think it could use a new coat of paint and probably new carpet but that did not bother us or inconvenience us at all just our opinion. The home is In a very convenient location and very easy to get to Disney parks. Very close to Disney! We would definitely stay again!

Casa Excelente, mas precisando de retoques.

A Casa é incrível, com muito espaço, todos os utensílios, mas precisa de uma pintura e uma limpeza nos carpetes que estão com algumas manchas.

The property was very nice all ws good until ,,,,,,, sleeping time e couldn’t sleep cause of the heat in the house our first night we hen to lower the temperature and notice a sign not to lower the the temperature or any damage we will be charge but the next night we had no choice but to lower the temperature when we did it lasted around 15 minutes and back to 77 we did this four time every night i tell you that was the only thing i have to complain about this property which i think is very important to get a good night sleep so for me a thumbs down at lest the temperature should 70 degrees not 77 is to hot to sleep ☹️

We had a great stay at this property! The entire home was very clean. We arrived much later than expected and we were pleased to find the house was easy to find and easily accessible when we arrived. I would definitely book this property again.

If I can give this property a 0 stars I would. I don't like leaving reviews. But this is something that has to be said. This was my son's 16th birthday weekend. One of the main reasons I booked this property is because in the description it stated a game room. No game room, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I received emails about pool heating and to let management know 72 hours prior to arrival for that service. No Pool. Granted I didn't require a pool. But if I would have, that would have been a big disappointment. When we walked in, the downstairs bathroom had a dirty towel on the floor. Flies were everywhere. The blinds were broken. They wouldn't open. So I didn't mess with them the whole weekend. The walls in every room in the house are filthy. I'm not exaggerating. The chairs and the couches all have stains. One of the pillows in the closets I think has blood on it. The garage wouldn't open. The washer machine doesn't work. Some of the silverware was dirty with food still on them. I had to go and buy raid for the flies and nets. The stools are broken. So be careful. I reached out to management and Marko and Pedro did what they could and I appreciate their help. I do have pictures and videos. This is totally unacceptable. I would like a full refund. I do have pictures and videos to verify my statement. Please save your time and money. You can thank me later.

The carpet was horrible, I had my kids in this home and there socks was DIRTY right out the shower. Flys was everywhere, the customer service took forever to get in touch with. The couch was disgusting. Of course they wouldn’t give me any type of money back. Customer service was rude as well. Never booking with them again

The house was large and had a lot of room, the rugs were filthy and the walls were nasty in one room their was dried blood on the walls also some of the furniture was falling apart legs loose on chairs toilet paper rolls were coming away from the walls and so were some of towel holders.
