First I got an email from Travelocity with a phone number to call the AM sun rentals and it was a scam phone number, I almost gave out my credit card number. I got very Leary when I was asking why they needed it and asking to speak to a supervisor and he told me this was going nowhere and he hung up on me. Finally got ahold of someone from the company and I get the information I needed. We get to the house and itā€™s dirty, the carpet is disgusting like not wanting to walk barefoot on it. There are cracks and chips in all of the walls, the coffee pot was not there, we had two makers and no pots. The freezer was iced shut. The ceiling leaked when it rained and we had popcorn ceiling all over the dining room table and the living room floor. We were not informed of there being a rental charge of the grill, nor were we informed before hand that the pool and hot tub cost extra to heat: $30 for electric and $40 for gas per day!! They have a 4 day minimum and it takes 24/48 hours to heat up! The tv was stuck on stupid, none of the remotes worked and we were sticking watching one channel for the week. I will never rent from this company again. Renter be ware!!

Worse place ever!!! Donā€™t use homebeds properties

Not good at all!!! I booked by hotels.com, and I didnā€™t know that was a third party envolved, the person responsible wasnā€™t nice at all, any particular questions she answers with some attitude. A lot of bugs inside the house, 6 TV in the house doesnā€™t have a control remote or doesnā€™t work, and I couldnā€™t watch movies with my kids on rainy day, Master bathroom doesnā€™t drain, we have to take a bath with 4ā€™ of water held for 5 days. We have to pay extra $95 for online booking. The house is located in 1 6 7 6 Waterview Loop Haines City, FL, that means 50min-1hour from the seaworld attractions. Only have 2 fans for 4 bedrooms, super hot and you are not allowed to lower than 75 F inside the house or they will charge you $50 extra in 95 degree weather. Pool chair was dirty and broke. Poolsā€™ net had a lot holes, so bugs can get in the pool easily. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no dishwasher soap. Awful place to stay for a week with your family.

The accommodations were nice. Like that there were extra things such as beach toys, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Very considerate hosts. House was a little outdated and cleanliness was mediocre. Found toys under the bed from previous tenants. There were tiny ants in the master bathroom. Saw a large cockroach in the garage while taking out the garbage.

The only thing I liked here was that there was a pool table in the garage other than that everything was horrible! Dirty in every kind of way bugs, mold and I even seen a small lizard in the house.

The house was nice and clean the furniture was a little out dated and stained but still useable. Everything else was great. It felt really homey šŸ˜Š my family enjoyed our stay. Hope to book again real soon.

The house we got was nice to stay in, however there was little to no service and you then had to pay for WiFi which was said to be included in the price. We had to learn pretty quick the way to and from town without maps. You rent this place you will have to provide almost everything for yourself.

CĆ³mo siempre solo fotos.1.excrementos de ratas en el garaje y mucho quiere decir que nunca hacen aseo y tengo las fotos, no habĆ­a agua caliente, el calentador totalmente oxidado y tengo fotos, las toallas rotas y mal lavadas y tengo fotos. El aire acondicionado estaba bloqueado no se podĆ­a manejar la temperatura, las sillas de la piscina absolutamente sucias en general no fue una estadĆ­a agradable en la casa, que nos retiramos antes del tiempo estipulado. Ahhhh no habĆ­a tv. El internet habĆ­a que comprarlo.

this was so far the worst place we have ever stayed! This place was almost 30 min from Disney.The address listed is not the actual or not even close. the villa was very unclean and dusty . They did not provide enough toilet paper or trash bags , not even shampoo conditioner or any other necessary things for 4 nights we stayed there.They donā€™t answer the call unless you leave a message.

Orlando Stay

We had booked this house last minute as a midway stay to our beach vacation. With Covid and a family of 6, we were Leary to stay in a hotel with lots of people so opted for a quiet house with a pool until our reservations started at another location. There was no wifi or any sort of streaming capability in the house and the pool was a very lovely shade of deep forest. As a pool owner myself, I know when there is an algea bloom and just neglect. This pool had not been cleaned in what looked like all summer and had an awful smell. We tried to reach the host a few times and ended up leaving after one day due to the conditions of the house.
