Departamento muy bien ubicado, cerca Walmart y atracciones, el departamento está muy bien equipado, es muy cómodo, seguro, además cuenta con área comunal. Recomendado!

The area of the property was perfect not to close but also not to far from anything. It was very quiet which was perfect for me. The best part was it was in a gated community so we didn’t have to worry about our stuff being messed with. We loved it so much we will be booking that property again in the future.

Propaganda enganosa. Não reservem esse local. Fiz a reserva para ficar nesse condomínio novo, que é mostrado nas fotos, e me colocaram em outro condomínio, só me avisando o endereço minutos antes de embarcarmos para os EUA. Além da localização ser outra, ficando mais longe dos nossos pontos de interesse, a casa era completamente diferente, com móveis velhos. Entre outros contratempos, fui surpreendido na volta para minha residência com uma cobrança de 350 dólares no meu cartão de crédito sob a alegação de que eu teria estragado um forno velho que sequer usei. Ao questionar a Hotéis.com, recebi uma resposta padrão dizendo para resolver diretamente com a proprietária americana do imóvel. Ora, para que serve a Hotéis.com então? Fechamos pelo Hotéis.com para ter uma segurança e agora o site está se esquivando da responsabilidade. O que era para ser uma viagem de lazer se tornou uma grande dor de cabeça! Ainda estou no aguardo de uma resposta decente para esses problemas e o estorno deste valor indevido no meu cartão de crédito.

This property was not shown in any of the pictures on the listing. When we first got there we could not get into the property as the wrong code was given. We called the property company and she got us the right code. Then when we got in there was no power. We called the property manager and she thought it was a power outage in the area but everyone else had power. We went to dinner and the power was magically turned back on when we got back. The place smelled like mildew and musty even after the power came back on. Also the thermostat was set at 76 which was extremely hot. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool skimmer. We thought we had booked a condo that had a king, queen and two double beds but got a queen bed, a double bed that was the worst bed I have ever slept in and two twin beds. The one bathroom toilet was leaking, the sink had a lot of rust in the sink and the shower curtain had mold on it. This place was very disappointing and we will not book here again.

Definitely not my first choice

The experience was interesting to say the least. Of course these homes belong to people so I understand having to sign agreements but when staying at one of these properties you are essentially signing off a lot of power and you aren’t given any other choice because of course it’s non refundable. I appreciated having a place to come “home” to but the house I was assigned to was incredibly outdated. Aside from that there were countless rules that should you not follow you may incur a fee. If you’re looking for a vacation this isn’t the place. You must clean up after yourself and take several extra steps to follow the rules that are not really worth it. The confirmation process was also quite stressful. There are plenty of things that are asked of you that should be expressed in the listing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there aren’t any other choices which is essentially what happened to me. Overall could’ve been cleaner and the house needs major updates. If you’re looking to relax and not worry about having to pick up every crumb this is not the place for you.

Beautiful community and home ... needs some TLC!

Windsor Hills is an amazing gated resort community with homes, condos, and townhomes for accommodations. In addition, there is a clubhouse, common pool area, and waterpark. We were placed in a beautiful 6 bedroom home with a private pool. (All homes and townhomes seemed to have private pools.) The downside of this stay was cleaning and maintenance issues. When when checked in, all of the previous occupant's trash and food garbage was left outside of the front door overflowing the designated bench container. In addition, it was not bagged, but the food was just left in paper shopping bags - butter, milks, sauces, old meals, etc. Inside the unit, ALL of the windows were left unlocked, with some of the screens bent to prevent closure of some windows. The freezer door was left ajar causing ice buildup along with food juices mixed in with the caked ice. The windows and patio door had not been washed apparently in quite a long time and salt, dust, and dirt were coating these. There was old popcorn under the furniture in the living room, many light bulbs burned out in the kitchen and the outside front entrance. So ... we spent the first evening of our stay cleaning ... we bagged up the outside trash which filled three 30 gallon bags, defrosted and washed the freezer, washed the patio door glass, repositioned the window screens and locked all the windows in the home. The master bedroom carpet is covered with stains and looks like it had never had a carpet cleaning. Ugh!

Férias Frustantes

Apesar da excelente localização e do conforto da casa, eu aluguei a casa por uma condição oferecida no anuncio do site hoteis.com que era a serviço de limpeza diária, serviço um tanto incomum para locação de imóveis em Orlando/Kissimmee, mas confirmado pelo atendimento do Hoteis.com 2 dias antes do meu embarque. Para minha surpresa e indignação o tal serviço não estava incluso e queriam me cobrar 65$ por dia pela limpeza. Apesar das inumeras ligações internacionais que eu fiz para falar com o hoteis.com a situação não foi resolvida.

Well worth every penny!

The location was perfect! We went for Disney’s Mickey’s Not so scary Halloween. We usually stay at a Disney resort but they were completely sold out. However, this place was great for the money. It was only four of us but the house could hold up to nine people. It was a three bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, full kitchen and fully furnished. It smelled like a new home. Great area. Great price. Great experience!
