From the start to the end, the stay was amazing. The hotel that hosts the hostel is nice, the gentleman from the front desk explained well and was always polite and attentive. Hard worker. He provided a lock and a towel at entrance but still a towel is something you always carry with. As well Bonnie, the hostel host. She went beyond to make our stay wonderful. She really takes time to make sure everything is working great. I love it, felt welcomed and safe at all times. The rooms were great, and, price was as great as the place. She provides everything needed for your stay and if you ask politely, they will assist you. At no moment they denied help or were rude. Rooms have microwave and a small fridge, there’s also ice machines and a place to wash your clothes. Pool was good too. The area is accessible, for walking and parking. Public transportation is great and easy to get from the airport to the hotel and the other way around too if you want to save money on uber. I know for some people that give barely give money but expect a castle the place is not what they’re looking for, but if you’re looking for a place to feel safe and welcomed when traveling, this is one of those spots that hits right in all the places and true travelers will understand what I am saying. Wish the best to this place and hope next time I travel to Orlando, I can have the opportunity to stay again.

The staff was horrible there wa some rude old white lady at the front behind The desk it’s 5am we paid for the room already and she wouldn’t even give us the key also insist that’s this site and the hotel room availability are different what a joke I will never be staying or buying this place again

¡La habitación es un completo asco!!! desde que se entra al lugar se va sintiendo un olor espantoso, a sudor, las sabanas de cama parecen no haberse lavado en semanas, la cama en la que supone debía dormir estaba ocupada por alguien más y las otras "disponibles" también estaban "ocupadas", desordenadas y sucias, un completo asco.! Ah y para rematar la recepcionista es pedante.!

Restaurant next door has excellent Colombian food. Front desk staff of main hotel was friendly and helpful. I didn't realize this was a hostel shared room situation, so it was a big (bad) surprise. Bathroom in room was not very clean and only 1 bath/toilet for 6 people. No amenities (towels, soap). Okay if you expected shared room, but still a bit cramped. Surrounding hotel nice enough, pool, bbq, laundry.

Very bad service, the conditions of sharing a room were very bad, insects and dirt in the facilities. I had to change to another single room and pay more money than I paid for the reservation. They do not change the beds or towels. From 0 to 10 I rate -10

Its very close to the airport. There is limited toiletry. Your roommate can show up at anytime of the day or night to stat. God forbid if you get the top bunk. This is not good for adults. There was a roach walking up and down the wall all night. There was a very moldly smell that was covered up. Previous guests had stuff still left in the bathroom. Just couldn't sleep in this type of place. Just why???

1. Please specify that bposhtels is rented rooms out of a motel. I was looking for a buiding that didn't exist. 2. Having decorative pillows on the bed for a hostel is unhygienic. All white bedding is better. 3. The cockroaches!!! I have videos of cockroaches in the beds, doors, microwaves, A/C unit and one was crawling on my shoe.
