This property has electrical issues and ceiling fan is dangling by wires about the master bedroom?
A destination fee almost 50% the price of my 7 day stay?
Pool area was messy, with black tar substance surrounding the outer edge of the pool.
One hallway bathroom toilet is loose and moves when sitting on it.
Two tvs are non-responsive with no-working remotes.
The freezer was broke and unusable for the entire 7 days.
Owner sent servicemen to the home without communicating with us. These servicemen were not there to fix any of the issues we addressed with the owner and our issues (except the lawncare) were ignored.
The pool table is lopsided and a stand up complete game without the balls centering the center of the table due to a lack of balance was an upset to my company.
The dvd shelve was a decoy, no Lion King for me and Jinora, my 2 year old granddaughter I came to Florida to be with.
Stay away from this place. There is a reason it is cheaper than other places.
The house was chosen by the owner last minute. I wasn't given an address to the place until 3 days before the trip. The neighborhood that this home resides in is broken down. This isn't a beautiful green space with tons of trees and wildlife, this a a small lower class neighborhood with unfriendly neighbors.
Do not come here nor do you want to deal with the owner.
